General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The young age person with high BP and palpitation has to be evaluated for underlying cardiac issue as cardiomyopathy, ion channel defects or others.

* He requires EKG, 2 D echo with or without angiography to evaluate the details of the cause of his condition, so that management options can be figured out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
