General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns
Is he taking any medicines? Any past history of heart problem? Is he having diabetes?
In my opinion he really need to be examined by physician so that he can be properly managed.
If he is already taking any medicines there is need to review his treatment.
There is need to get his ecg , echocardiography to rule out any heart pathology
meanwhile stay calm avoid salt intake
meet your physician
