General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, and CAD as well hypertension both needs to be controlled by multiple drugs including beta blockers, ARBs as well as diuretics. In my opinion combination of valsartan, hydrochlorothiazide and nebivolol may be helpful. Dose adjustment should be according to his BP charting but a cardiologist review is a must.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
