General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your short history of raised blood pressure to 210/110, headache, nosebleed taking blood pressure medications EKG showing sinus rhythm and borderline 1 st degree heart block.
Raised blood pressure is one of the most important and common cause of headache, and nosebleed and both of these problems will not settle unless blood pressure is brought down to normal range for your age and weight.
Hence I would advise you to rush to ER or nearby hospital to have proper control of blood pressure.
Nasal packing and cauterization if need be.
Full cardiac evaluation and proper management.
All these will help you a lot for proper management and avoid complications like stroke and so on.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
