Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

hi my blood pressure is a little high right now and has been for the last 30 mins last reading was 178 over 91 and 30 mins ago was 172 over 90, i have a pacemaker, long heart history, mild heart failure and my heart rate is fine, I have some mild pain just above my heart, should I take any actions for this, I have had 7 heart ablations, but my heart beat remains about 70?? HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, symptoms are more important and not the reading of blood pressure if it is read by patient it self, if this is the cardiac disease being suspected then you will have to get done the EKG and ECHO, else nothing to worry hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
