Symptoms: Racing heart, dizzy, pressure in chest, harder to breath. Event or cause: Working on something that requires me to bend over, kneel down. It seems to intensify if I am hot. Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

These can be the side effects of Adderall, so you discuss with a physician regarding dose reduction. If you are having all these symptoms it's better to avoid heavy exercises because it may further increase bp and other symptoms. Gradually you can increase your exercises profile if you are not unduly symptomatic and bp is not very high.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
