Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Levels During Pregnancy
hi this is nandhini and i am five months pregnant.Day before yesterday i had a sugar check up my level is 147 after glucose test.I started walking (Morning and Evening). Is it enough to reduce my sugar level within 15 days. Can i do orbitreck excercises?? Does this sugar level affect my babies health??
Exercising and controlling your diet is the main focus for now. Keep checking your blood sugar levels at least twice daily. Yes, having consistently high sugar levels can have adverse effects on your baby’s health (large baby, difficult labor). If your blood sugar levels remain consistently high, visit your gynecologist so she can prescribe medication to control it.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
