SIR, MY FATHER AGED 74 HAD RADICAL PROSTATECTOMY BEFORE 5 MONTHS AND DURING LAS 3 MONTHS HIS PUS CELLS WAS PLENTY....BUT AFTER TREATMENT .....NOW IT STABLE BETWEEEN 30 TO 80.....HIS MORNIG DIABETES AFTER BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS VERY HIGH AROUND 300/350.....HIS FASTING AND 2 HOURS AFTER LUNCH DIABETES IS ALWAYS IN CONTROL.....WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO CONTROL PUS CELLS AND MORNING DIABETES ? URIBID TEBLET AND SEPTILLIN TEBLET IS CONTINUE... PLEASE GUIDE ME....

for puscell culture and sensitivity test has to be done. take most effectiveantibiotic. take more water and alkasol syrup 3times daily.for controll of fasting blood sugar diet and timing of medication should be adjusted.
