Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Levels

I have been having symptoms that make me think my sugar is high, so I bought a glucometer. My BS was 391 this morning at 6:30, 399 at 8:00, 420 at 11:00, and 454 at 7:15 pm. My daughter (age 35) did it to see if gave her a high reading. hers was 90. What would recommend I do? I m 57.

Hi,

Your reading indicates you have diabetes. You should immediately start avoiding sugar, starch, sweet fruits in your diet / control your intake of cereals, alcohol, smoking. Start work outs and walking exercises with expert advise for 45 minutes a day. Stop sedentary life style and adopt an active style. Get the consultation of diabetologist and investigated for diabetic profile. The doctor would offer expert advise about medicines with suitable doses and any more life style changes you need.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
