Hi!
Welcome to HCM!
As per the data given in your question you have the following:
BMI : SLIGHTLY HIGH.....OVER WEIGHT
Hyperlipidemia (Increased
cholesterol and Triglycerides)
May be because of your life style like sedentary life style in which less physical activity and consumption of high caloric diet results in putting on weight.
Since you have not mentioned the reason behind your last admission to the hospital you will have to undergo some basic laboratory investigations like
Thyroid function tests, Fasting and Post prandial Blood Glucose and the LDL choleterol level.
Are your bowel habits normal? Do you suffer from cold intolerance or fatigue? Do you consume high fat containing foods like fried non veg preparations, fast foods, or vegetarian dishes prepared in ghee, butter, vegetable oils, etc?
The underlying cause for the elevated fats like cholesterol and triglyceride should be detected.
Following life style modifications can be helpful along with the medications to lower your fats in the blood.
Daily physical exercise, intake of vegetables and fruits, limiting the fast junk foods available across every nook and corner of the cities.
And of course you need to take
ATORVASTATIN to reduce cholesterol along with
FENOFIBRATE to reduce the raised Triglycerides.
Healthy living everyone a winner.
Take care!
Regards!
