Suggest Treatment For High Cholesterol Level And Tingling In Face

hi dr, my total cholesterol is 5.7 mmol/L, Triglyceride is 1.63 , HDL Cholesterol is 1.43 and LDL cholesterol 3.52 and totl chol/HDL ration 4.0 , my age is 46 years i am worry my heart is having problem bcos i feel like tingling on my face kindly advise

hi
for your query regarding your deranged lipid profile
stop taking butter and momosaturated oils instead take saffola heart or rice bran oil or olive oil
do 45 minutes of strenous exercise every day for atleast 6 days a week
add fibres to your diet
take a vegearian diet never take yoke of egg or red meat

include plenty of green salad and fibrous fruits in your diet avoid nuts like peanut you can take walnut and almond
walk daily for 20 minutes at a speed of 5 km/hr atleast repeat your lipid pfl after 3 months thanks.

Tingling on the face can be because of altered sensation in nerve supplying the face
this condition is called parasthesia
get your fasting and pp blood sugar
cardiac origin of pain can radiate only to lower jaw ,as nerve supply of face is totally different and has no relation with cardiac nerve supply

so your face tingling has nothing to do with cardiac system
get your blood sugar checked
tahe methyl cobalamine calpsule 1500mcg per day for 3 months
a dental check up is advised to check any injury to facial nerve

Tingling on face is not heart symptom. Do you have any chest pain or discomfort, shortness of breath, any family history of heart disease, still you can get one ecg done to rule out heart disease.
For cholesterol you need to be started on atorvastatin 10 mg bedtime and also have low fat, oily, sugar diet. get your sugars tested. Regular exercises, weight loss if overweight.
