Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Hypertension

I’ve been not feeling well for about 72 hours . I went to the emergency room around 36 hours ago with a rash along with stomach cramps and what I thought was an uti.. my fever and blood pressure was high then.. I rechecked myself Because I’m still not feeling well even after giving antibiotics.. my temperature is 102.4 and my blood pressure is 164 over 94 should I be concerned?

Hello,

It may be due to viral fever.

For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, peripheral smear for malaria parasites, dengue NS 1 after physician consultation.

You may require antibiotics after consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Along with that keep yourself hydrated.

Do regular blood pressure monitoring.

You may require anti hypertension medication after physician consultation.
