Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Mild Symptoms Of Acidity In A Child

My daughter is 3.5 years old. Fever since yest morn- 104. Goes down to about 101.5 and back up to 103. Was giving crocin, then tried combiflam, then meftal 0. She is not eating anything. Gave meftal p 4.5 hours ago. Fever back up to 103. What should I give? Also has a little acidity. Please advise now. Thanks.

Hi welcome to HCM...

Self medication should be avoided ...
Here for better management cause has to be searched for fever ...

The detail history about your child condition and physical examination needs to be done ..
Than accordingly examination further investigation done if needed like USG , CBC etc....
Auscultation also done to look for any abnormal sound if heard. ..

Than after deciding cause it should be treated specifically ...
