General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello thank you for writing us here.
The little child needs to take paracetamol as the fever rises. Its just for symptomatic relief but for proper diagnosis and treatment, the little child must be examined properly. The skin, ENT examination, general examination must be done properly to know the cause of the symptoms.
I highly recommend you to visit a pediatrician.
God bless you and the young child.

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
