Suggest Treatment For High Fever In A Child

Hi my girl baby [11 months, 9kg] having fever [99 degrees] from yesterday, Can you advice me the dosage of p125 for her, Last night we gave 1.5ml and fever bit reduced for some moment and again it gone to 99 degrees by morning. Please advice the proper dosage

Hello thanks for consulting. I had gone thru data given, dosage of parecetamol for 9 kg baby we can advice 135 mg every 6th hourly i:e 5ml every 6th hourly, along with the medication do tapid sponging because high grade fever in children between the age of 6months to 6 years will some times lead to febrile seziures. so please consult paediatrician if fever not get subsided.
