General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It is a usual policy of standard pediatrician to raise the dose of anti-pyretic medications according to the clinical progress and need. The addition of necessary antibiotic and needed evaluation with CBC and other investigations will be quite supportive.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
