Suggest Treatment For High Fever In A Child

I am a 35 year old woman who is pregnant, I had a child 16 years ago and when I did I was an extreme high risk, which ended up with an emergency c-section. My temperature last registering at 108.8 then too high. The doctors said I should not try to have another kid. Being older now will it be a higher risk for me to attemp to have this baby?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
As concerned with fever you can take plain paracetamol. Or mefenamic acid for fever control. Regarding having child at older age the risk for complications and birth defects is high
