Suggest Treatment For High Heart Rate And Hypersensitivity

My heart rate goes up to 140 and my oxygen levels drop to low 80 s and high 70 s when I move. Resting my rates are 90-107, sometimes lower. I have pulmonary hypertension and fibrosis, along with hypersensitivity numanitis, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and interstitial lung disease. These high heart rates are new. Wondering what is causing them to go so high.
