Suggest Treatment For High Menstrual Flow With High Clotting Factor

hi i have excessively high menstrual bleeding due to uterine fibroids. when i had my blood examined it was found that i had a higher range of clotting factor in my blood. i have never had high blood pressure before but i now have symtoms like headache, and fatigue meanwhile my bleeding has remained heavy. i am overweight and i have started a routine of 20 min walk each day. my last blood pressure reading was 147/105 pulse 72. do you think i should continue my routine and the bp will lower or should i consult a doctor
