Hi
I have gone through your complaints.severe pain in left lower abdomen with poor bowel movement & very high white blood cell count needs to be investigated.what type of WBC are increased , is it neutrophils or lymphocytes.the possibilities many be diverticulitis / lymphoma. As you are saying very high cell count lymphoma is more likely.better to go for blood tests like differential count , peripheral smear and ultrasonogram .based on this treatment can be planned.
Thank u
Best regards
