I am taking oxycodone actophimine, sp? and I have hives all over my body. Is it from this or could it be from the potassium chloride? I have been taking the oxycodone for 15 days and the potassium for 3. Thank you Also, I am a bariatric patient as of 11/11 and wondering if I can take benydril? Hello,

If you started to take potassium chloride from just 3 days, and hives started at that time, then, most probably they are caused by potassium chloride.

I think you should stop taking potassium chloride, and consult further with your doctor. Meanwhile, can use Benadryl for the hives.
If you feel they are getting worse, should go to ER for immediate treatment.

Wish fast recovery.
