Suggest Treatment For Hives And Rashes On The Face

hello,
this morning i woke up with rashes all over of my face, its like i have hives. Its so itchy and my face seems to be dark. Could it be the soap that im using or could be because I tend to over wash my face. When ever my face gets oily i tend to wash my face with soap. I want to know if i don't use anything for the next few days, will the rash and itch disapper? and Could i use cetaphil instead to wash my face and moisturize with cetaphil as well.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain rashes and hives can occur due to causes like allergic reaction to any food or medication while it can also be due to Contact Dermatitis that occurs due to allergy to any skin cosmetics, soaps, detergents etc..
Using anything including Cetaphil should be done only after consulting an Allergist or a Skin specialist..
As of now avoid using anything on face and wash your face with cold water and do cool compresses on face..
Take anti allergics like Levocetrizine..
