Suggest Treatment For Hives On Face Spreading Towards Arms

I have had hives on my face that seem to come and go in severity...i now have them in the bends of my arms...no known triggers..no new soaps...foods...or meds....they itch frequently and feel hot to the touch as well as cause a burning sensation...my doc has had me taking benadryl every six hours but its been about 2 weeks now and tonight the hot sensation is driving me crazy...what would you suggest...if there is a way to send photos i could do so
