Suggest Treatment For Hives On The Torso While On Magnesium Supplements

I started taking a Magnesium supplement and within the last few day started getting welts or hives on my torso. I thought they were bug bites . Could I be having a reaction to the magnesium. The only other medications I take are a daily multivitamin and a calcium/vitamin D supplement

Hi, it most possibly could be an allergic reaction to the magnesium tablets. Stop the magnesium tablets and take a anti-histamine tablet if the hives have not yet settled.
