Suggest Treatment For Hives, Painful Stomach Cramps And Breathlessness

I have been under tremendous stress this last two weeks, 62 yrs, and about a week ago i came down with hives. the last 3 days i have had really painful stomach cramps to where i cannot breath for a few seconds, i wait it out, it lasts about 3-5 minutes. I have considered that I may be dehyrdated so I have been drinking lots of water. I take thyroid .5, tramodal for pain, asprin, Cymbalta, regular stomach meds for acid refluex, I have a fatty liver and fibromyalgia and chronic back pain. What is causing the hives and stomach pain?
