General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should speak to your GP/family doctor, this would be the first step. If you need referral, then he or she would be able to refer you to the appropriate person.

Your doctor would be able to examine you and do blood tests to check for hormone issues. He would also be able to screen you for depression and initiate initial treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James
