Suggest Treatment For Hot Flashes, Chills And Neck Stiffness

I have previously had sinus infections but had not had one in over 2 years. Two days ago I began to have severe congestion and pressure in my sinuses worst behind my eyes. I ve had hot flashes, chills, difficulty sleeping, neck stiffness, and generalized aches and pains. I am taking over the counter cold and sinus day and night medication. Do I need to go to a doctor or is this viral?

Hello,

You need to take steam inhalation at least thrice in a day until your sinusitis subsides, apart from that you need to paracetamol and can use Otravin nasal drops depends on the blockage of your nose, can use it anytime.
