Suggest Treatment For Hot Flashes During Menopause

I am almost 51, in great health and going through peri menopause. I ve started having such a severe hot flash that I pass out. When I come to, my pupils are extremely dilated and even though I can speak, move, I have absolutely no memory until I wake up aprrox 2 hours later. I have complete, full memory up until point I passed out. This loss of consciousness has now happened every four weeks at the time that would be three to four days prior for a period starting. The hot flash I have prior to syncope feels electrical from the core of my body.
