Suggest Treatment For H.pylori Nodular Gastritis

Have chronic h.pylori nodular gastritis for a year and seven months was treated with antibiotics proton pump inhibitor and placed on antidepressant for 1 year.Got much better but symptoms returned worse 2 months after I finished the antidepressant.nom I am placed on esemeprazole for another 6 months.now 3 mnths later but still no improvement what should I do.

Hi welcome to HCM...

You have h.pylori infection...
For which you have given proton pump inhibitor ....

For h.pylori standard regimen should be prescribed like amoxycillin plus clarithromycin and omeprazole for 14 days...

Avoid stress and anxiety that aggravate gastritis ....

Avoid gastric irritants like ......
/excess spicy foods
/excess tea and coffee
/meat
/smoking and alcohol....

Cooked oatmeal taken that help in soothing stomach...

If still pain there consult gastroenterologist for that .
