Hi,

1st of all I need to know cause of your hydronephrosis, whether it is due to stone or other infections. Usually mild hydronephrosis can be cured with drugs and doesn't need any surgical interventions at present. My advice is to consult a urologist, treat the cause hydronephrosis and get cured with drugs.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Rishad T. K., Orthopedic Surgeon
