Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Once other causes are ruled out, the treatment for hyperactive bladder mainly consists of bladder exercises that is trying to hold urine for some time before voiding. This helps some how. There are some drugs called anti cholinergic that can work a lot. They relax the bladder. However that is always by a qualified doctor so you can talk to your doc in that regards he may prescribe this after assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
