Suggest Treatment For Hyper Pigmentation On Cheeks And Forehead
I have the problem of hyper pigmentation on cheecks and forehead how do I get rid of it as doc has prescribed me pinodin TX and Milano TX cream but it seems that nothing is happening plz suggest sum effective remedy I m 35 and a teacher so I have to go out so can't avoid sun exposure
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain you are suffering from generalized hyper pigmentation which can be due to excessive sun exposure leading to deposition of melanocytes that are melanin producing cells which is responsible for dark pigmentation of skin.
If the above described medicines are not giving results you can stop the use.
You can apply Kojic Acid containing creams and ointments and apply twice a day .. It is safer for long term use and will help you in lightening the skin.. You can use a broad spectrum sunscreen lotion containing SPF 50 always before you get exposed to sun. If possible cover your face with a scarf when exposed to sun. You can also apply aloevera gel on face. A mixture of lemon juice and honey can be applied over the skin daily as it helps in lightening the skin colour.
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
