Suggest Treatment For Hypersomnia

hello, 44 yr white female recently diagnosed with hypersomnia i have adult onset hydrocephalus secondary to aqueduct stenosis (no shunt,no ETV) + pigmentary glaucoma only medication is 10mg ritalin (started 3 days ago) i am experiencing persistent right eyelid twitch for the past 2 hrs is this my medication or my brain behaving badly lol

Hypersomnia in women may be caused by hypothyroidism. Her blood should be tested for thyroid profile. Tsh,t3 t4. If tsh is high hypothyroidism is confirmed. Treat the patient with altroxin
