Suggest Treatment For Hypertension In An Elderly Person

My 52 yr old son has been having very high blood pressure, extreme fatigue,breathing problems and feeling bad! He does not have insurance but has been seeing a Dr. He is on blood pressure meds but they make him feel worse. This Dr. Has mentioned adrenal fatigue but cannot find much info.

Hello,

The very first thing is to keep monitoring his blood pressure, and keep under control. That will ease his symptoms partially.

With regards to adrenal fatigue, I need to have a look at the blood tests reports to evaluate the changes before running into final conclusions.

I would only advise to start magnesium supplement.

Looking forward to get the lab reports as requested.
