I m male 79 years old and since 4 months i m suffering from hypertension(high blood pressure). i have been taking some ayuverdic and homeopathic remedies which have controlled my hypertension but still early in the mornings when i get out of the bed my blood pressure goes up. my diet is generally healthy In addition I take apple cider vinegar together with garlic capsules. I TAKE DAILY ONLY ONE COFFE AND ONE GREEN TEA INFUSION .BRAND:YOGI.OFTEN I TAKE GREEN TEA WHICH CONTAINS ALSO CAMBUCHA AND IT IS DECAFEINATED.BRAND:YOGI First I want to know if it is possible to cure my hypertension and with which natural medicines
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM The first treatment for high BP is diet and execise.A healthy and low salt diet will be very good with regular fitness execises. Given the long term side effects of high BP, i will suggest you see a Cardiologist for evaluation and if need be, you may be prescribed anti-hypertensives to control your BP.In the meantime, i will advise: healthy low salt diet, exercise, enough rest and avoid stress.
