Hi,
The hormonal result you reported are suggestive for
hypothyroidism or under active thyroid. While the symptoms do not correlate with the thyroid hormonal results. So, thyroid is not responsible for the actual situation.
The following blood tests in addition to a detailed physical examination are suggested:
CBC (
Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts) Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular) HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your last 3 months' glucose average).
Also known by other names such as GlycoHemoglobin or
Glycated Hemoglobin or A1c Liver function tests (SGOT, SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin,
Alkaline Phosphatase) Kidney function tests (BUN,
Creatinine).
Calcium Cortisol level at 8.00 am. I would be happy to review your performed tests for another professional opinion.
Hope this was helpful. I am always at your disposal for any other questions whenever you need.
Wishing all the best,
Dr. Mirjeta
