Suggest Treatment For Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy , Multiple Sclerosis , Arthritis And Osteoporosis

I have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, osteoporosis. My PCP recommended I take a product called Memorall by Xymogen for my memory & fatigue. It does help both BUT lately I ve been experiencing a complete crash about lunch time that generally last most of the rest of the day. I m not sure if some or one of the ingredient is being counter productive as far as the heart is concerned. Working it too hard which would make me very tired I would guess. I can t drink caffeine or use ginseng or I get heart palpitations so since Dr wants my heart to relax and if any of the stuff in the Memorall would increase blood flow to the brain etc. I would guess that s what it is BUT with MS you never know. Some days it s better than others, I thought about taking another one after lunch so I can keep my head working and my energy up but if it s making things worse with my heart then I don t need too. I m just trying to keep my brain working and have some energy.....any suggestions?????

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hi
I studied your case
step one-consult cardiologist to rule out any abnormal rythms and ejection fraction status, treatment with medication if any accompanying arrythmia, fibrillation
step two=consult neurologist-for medication by interferon beta or natalizumab or methylprednisolone for MS if he considers any medication would reduce MS symptoms
step three-see a orthopedician for dexa bone scan for status of osteoporosis and treatment with hormones, biphophonates, calcium, vitamin D depending ons T-score
fourth step-Rheumatologist for diagnosis of form of arthritis and medication for it
Lastly if memorall is helping you, it is safe to repeat dosing as none of its components may harm the heart muscle
Best wishes,

regards,
