I have hypoglycemia but am not on any medication. I am just instructed to eat every 2 hours. Lately, like in the last 3 days I have felt like the bottom is dropping out of me. I have taken my blood pressure and it is 109/54 is this too low and could be what is cause me to feel bad?

Your blood pressure is just fine there is nothing wrong with that. If you are having low sugars you can take meals every couple of hours but reason of hypoglycemia has to be sorted out sometimes it is an insulinoma which is causing insulin levels to rise sky high and cause low sugar levels, you shoulf visit an endocrinology specialist to sort this matter out.
