High stress. Bed rest for 6 weeks so far. 16 weeks pregnant with 3rd child. 32 with history of enlarged kidney and kidney infection. Similar pain, with hypokalemia and tachycardia. Abusive domestic situation. Now vomiting and diarrhea at the same time...
Hello, Welcome to hcm, Hypokalemia and tachycardia is because of dehydration secondary to vomiting and diarrhea. I advice you to take electrolyte powder, fluids to prevent dehydration. Take antibiotics for kidney infection as it may cause vomiting and lead to dehydration. Avoid stress and take rest.
