Sir I am 32 yr old and got married 2 month back. Now I suffering from low semen volume and early ejaculation.due to this tenson I can t sleep properly .I had noticed low semen volume before 6month back.but I think it will be OK after taking medicine.but it is not happening so.before that six month I was in depression for 2 to 3 month and also habituated in mastrubation in depression.sir please suggest me what will I do and where to go.
