Hello Dr. Am 25yrs old unmarried female with hypothyroid & for now tsh level is under control as am taking thyronorm50mcg.my dr prescribed me zerofat A for my obesity as am weighing 82kgs with ht of 157cm.i have been taking the drug for 1.5months with diet restrictions & I haven t seen weight loss so far.losing weight seems to be very difficult for me though I eat less,doing some cardios.please help me in diagnosing this obesity problem as I have a flabby saggy arms which look awkward & spoils my entire look.iam tired of trying various slimming treatments & nothing worked put . Please help me in diagnosing obesity problem with a right approach.
If there is has been no weight loss or any changes (eg decrease in fat percent) since you started your program and you are sticking to the diet regimen then it is possible that you may need to do an alternative program.
Not all programs work for each person so you may need an alternative to help you.
In addition to sticking to a particular diet, you may also want to consider using meal replacements for one or two of your meals. Meal replacements are known to be helpful for weight loss.
