Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism, Dizziness While Standing And Constant Stomach Ache

I m 23 and hypothyroidism. When I stand up I get extremely dizzy and see black. I m extremely weak my stomach hurts so bad all the time. Ive had pancreatitis 7 times and I want to know if I need to go to the hospital and see if they are all connected. I also have a form of epilepsy. I have complex partial sezuires and usually have a recovery rate of 1 to 2 hours after the initial sezuire is done. They last sometimes 15 to 30 minutes. I m worried that something is extremely wrong because I have never felt so bad and weak in my life. So please tell me if I need to see a doctor and have some tests run.

Hello,

Your suffering from hypothyroidism and pancreatitis with seizure disorder. Possible causes of above disease scenario are:
1. Hypotension
2. Hypoglycemia
3. Hypoglycemia
4. Anemia
5. Septicemia

Some times chronic pancreatitis may cause renal failure. First you have to quit alcohol consumption. Use cap. creon 20k iu twice a day after food.

Use medication according to your seizure disorder. Need CT scan abdomen to rule of infected pancreatic cyst or fistula. Use tramadol tablet twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician immediately he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
