Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism

My wife is 41 yrs of age. Ht. 5.5, Wt-53. She has hypothyroidism and has tried PTU, Methimazole, Neo-marcazole. However, not much relief. I need to know where in Mumbai can she under go Radioactive Iodine Therapy?..The Doctor/Hospital name and contact

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Your wife has hypothyroidism.
She needs drug like synthroid or eltroxin.

Drugs like propylthiouracil, carbimazole, methimazole are used in treatment of hyperthyroidism.

So check her T3, T4 and TSH confirm first whether she has hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism and then plan accordingly.
