Suggest Treatment For Ileocecal Valve Stenosis

I have just been diagnosed with ileo-caecal valve stenosis after a colonoscopy, as well as having many punctate ulcers throughout the large bowel, although they tell me this does not look like inflammatory bowel disease as there is normal vasculature. I had the procedure for recurrent partial bowel obstruction and weight loss. They have biopsied many of the ulcers, results awaited. My past medical history is of cancer of the endometrium 2003, (malignant endometriosis) with a single recurrence 10 years ago attached to the upper rectum. Previous surgery was pan hysterectomy and appendectomy plus chemotherapy and bowel resection for the recurrence and chemo/radiotherapy. Since then also a small bowel resection for an insussepting benign polyp. I have worked in Africa and had reactivated PTB and was found to have mild Pulmonary Sarcoidosis. Sorry for the complicated history! Can you tell me the likely differential diagnoses for the stenosis and what they might do about it? Many thanks and best wishes, Cally

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There is possibility of tuberculosis, Crohn's, pelvic inflammation, enteropathy and secondaries from ca too, but it is cannot level as needed tests and imaging studies and biopsy from that lesions. Overall your history is suggestive of autoimmune diseases. New researches show 'Art of Living' OMBW course along with medical therapy can eliminate root cause of all autoimmune disease. Gastroenterologist is a good option to visit and continue medicines as prescribed also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
