Firstly any head injury should be taken seriously and should be consulted with a neurologist who does a clinical evaluation to check for orientation and functions. Along with this, a CT scan or MRI becomes essential to support and further investigate the problem so that time it can be managed by medical intervention. Along with this also consult an ophthalmologist as he is having blurred vision.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Riyanka Chail, General & Family Physician
