When I don t have a bowel movement at least every other day , I feel sickish.little dizzy as well. I drink three bottles of 15oz water.daily green tea. Fruit and vegetables.soya milk gluten free cereal without being tested just heard it s better for MS. No junk food no pop only club soda mixed with pure fruit juice. I am feeling bloated from abdomin and stomach. Do I need a special doctor as mine just says lose weight.
Hello. I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Staying in normal range of your weight limits will make you feel more healthy and fresh. Try doing a regular physical activity at least 5 days a week. Add a fiber supplement (available over the counter) to your daily routine depending on the brand you use the quantity of fiber to be taken will vary accordingly. Fiber will add bulk to your stool as water alone is not enough for easy bowel movement. Too much of soy is not good for your body as it contains plant hormones try alternating soy milk with other options like almond milk and yogurt.Good luck. Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
