Suggest Treatment For Indigestion Issues

I've been having indigestion issues for years since being dignosised with crohn's disease, but for the last 6 months my symptoms are more pronounced could the continued indigestion, gas, extended belly with constant cramps mean gallbladder or liver disease. how to know if something else is going on. what i will say as soon as i eat it comes out soon or i experience grumblings and gas glore i have no control of what is going on please help.
