Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 51 year old male with diagnosed SVT"s and have noticed that my digestive system does not work properly. At times I have partially undigested food in my stool, or it is black and yellow in color. I become fatigued easily at times. Could these all be related or are these signs of different system malfunctions?
Dear since when you're suffering from above symptoms.have you had any hypertension, diabetes. are you alcoholic?or smoker??.
there is unknown mechanism related to act and indigestion and bloating. it may lack enzymes like pancreatitis or atropic gastritis etc.. malobsorption syndrome or food intolerence.black color stool may be due to upper GI bleed.
avoid spicy food and alcohol. use nexium before breakfast for 2weeks. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
take care
