There is also fluid that stems in an odd line from the circle around the spot. Is there something I can do to treat at home? Im in alot of pain cant sleep and cant put pressure on the leg because it hurts into my knee.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to folliculitis which is an infection of the hair follicle I suggest using an antibacterial soap to clean the area. I also suggest using an antibiotic cream for local application such as Neosporin cream.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
