Suggest Treatment For Infected Lump On Face

i got a lump on my face thought it was a pimple so i tried squeezing it and nothing came out , a day later i tried squeezing again and yellowish water started to slowly pass through the skin. after i tried putting alcohol and the top skin came off . now its an open sore with a lump underneath what should i do to make it heal and so it wont scar

Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

To begin with, I will keep a possibility of either a bacterial infection i.e furuncle Or an Acne lesion/nodule.
Squeezing was not a good idea because it may have pushed it deeper.
If I was the treating doctor I would have wanted to start you on Oral antibiotic e.g Flucloxacillin Or Cephalexin, for a week.
Oral antibacterials are prescription drugs, therefore I suggest you to visit a doctor for the needful.
Topically you may use either, fusidic acid cream or mupirocin cream, twice daily.
